About the role

LinkedIn is seeking a Scaled Customer Marketing Manager to join the Talent Solutions Marketing organization. The role focuses on creating data‑driven, multi‑channel campaigns that accelerate product adoption and deepen usage across the LTS Hiring Portfolio.

Key responsibilities

  • Design and execute lifecycle marketing programs that increase activation and ongoing product usage.
  • Develop behavior‑based, personalized campaigns across email and LinkedIn at scale.
  • Align campaign strategies with business objectives, customer needs, and defined KPIs.
  • Partner with Data Science, Audience Operations, Product, and Customer Success to build segmentation and targeting models.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen data foundations and improve program scalability.
  • Translate product value into compelling, customer‑centric narratives.

Required profile

  • Strong end‑to‑end program ownership from planning to reporting.
  • Ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders with clear, executive‑ready communication.
  • Experience thriving at the intersection of data, product, and storytelling.
