Key responsibilities

• Analyze complex business processes, identify optimization opportunities, and draft detailed requirement specifications aligned with enterprise architecture.
• Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts based on thorough business analysis.
• Design and implement advanced customizations on the ERP platform and collaborate with development teams to build critical software applications.
• Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect the ERP system with external applications, and lead large‑scale data migration strategies.
• Implement performance optimization strategies focused on scalability, reliability, and user experience, while leading compliance initiatives and security audits.
• Create detailed documentation for ERP customizations and conduct training workshops for diverse user groups.
