About the role

Infosys is seeking an experienced SAP Controlling Consultant to join its SURE unit in Wickliffe, Ohio. You will work on strategic digital transformation projects for clients in the services, utilities, energy, and resources sectors, leveraging advanced AI and ERP technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze complex business processes, identify optimization opportunities, and draft detailed requirement specifications aligned with enterprise architecture.
• Define and develop solution architecture, steering customizations and integrations based on thorough business analysis.
• Design and implement advanced customizations on the ERP platform and collaborate with development teams on critical software applications.
• Create and manage complex integration workflows to connect ERP with external applications, and lead large‑scale data migration strategies.
• Implement performance‑optimization strategies focused on scalability, reliability, and user experience, while ensuring compliance with security protocols and industry standards.
• Produce detailed documentation for ERP customizations and conduct training workshops for diverse user groups.
