Sales Representative – Chains (Central Coast)

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to manage and grow our chain accounts across the Central Coast. You will represent our beer, wine and spirits portfolio, delivering excellent service while meeting sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Visit assigned accounts daily, following an efficient route plan.
- Identify sales opportunities, conduct surveys and ensure compliance with national account standards.
- Deliver professional sales presentations, promote new products, and manage back‑bar placements.
- Maintain inventory levels, restock shelves where permitted, and track product availability.
- Provide brand education through staff training seminars.
- Process credits, returns, and manage receivables in a timely manner.
- Handle customer issues, deliver products in special circumstances, and escalate concerns as needed.
- Achieve distribution, volume, and activity goals set by management.
- Collect payments and support opening of new accounts with opening orders.
Required profile
- Current associate eligible to apply via the internal Career Portal.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for customer visits.
- Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
