About the role
Ulta Beauty is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead a high‑performing team of Beauty Advisors, Prestige Beauty Advisors and Lead Cashiers. The role focuses on delivering top‑line sales growth, exceptional guest experiences and strong Net Promoter Scores across all retail categories.
Key responsibilities
- Drive retail and service sales, guest loyalty, payroll efficiency, omni‑channel performance and shrink targets.
- Analyze financial and operational reports, identify under‑performing metrics and implement improvement strategies.
- Develop store schedules aligned with forecast and payroll budgets to maximize productivity.
- Plan and execute in‑store events that enhance guest experience and meet sales and payroll goals.
- Perform makeup applications, skincare analyses and product demonstrations to support sales.
- Maintain compliance with standard operating procedures and company policies.
Required profile
- Proven ability to lead, influence and develop a retail team.
- Strong passion for the beauty industry and exceptional guest service orientation.
- Results‑driven mindset with a focus on performance metrics such as NPS and sales.
- Aptitude to acquire and teach extensive product knowledge.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
