Sales Development Representative – Healthcare AI Solutions

About the role

Join a fast‑growing company that just received FDA approval for an AI‑based heart‑scanning platform. As a Sales Development Representative you will be the first point of contact with healthcare providers, clinics, and academic institutions across the United States, helping them experience the benefits of faster, AI‑driven cardiac diagnostics.

Key responsibilities

• Cold‑call medical offices, community clinics, hospitals, and universities to schedule free trials or live demos.
• Research and verify contact information for prospects using Google Maps, healthcare directories, and internal CRM tools.
• Navigate front‑desk receptionists and phone trees to reach physicians or clinical decision‑makers.
• Log all outreach activity accurately in the CRM and follow up with concise, value‑driven emails or case studies.
• Collaborate with leadership to align outreach with the go‑to‑market strategy and target the right specialties.
• Participate in regular training, mock calls, and coaching sessions to improve objection handling.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience as an SDR or cold‑calling representative selling to U.S. healthcare providers.
• Familiarity with U.S. healthcare terminology, provider workflows, and common pain points such as reimbursement and tech adoption.
• Excellent written and verbal English with the ability to follow structured scripts while sounding natural.
• Availability to work full‑time (40 hours/week) aligned with EST.
