About the role
WM Sols is seeking a results‑driven Sales Business Development Specialist to expand its international client base. The role is fully remote and focuses on the complete B2B sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure and ongoing client management.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and generate qualified international leads using platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork and Clutch.
- Manage the end‑to‑end B2B sales process, including prospect outreach, meetings, proposals and negotiations.
- Conduct sales calls and virtual meetings with foreign clients via Zoom, email and LinkedIn.
- Prepare professional presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Maintain regular communication with prospects and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets set by the company.
Required profile
- Proven experience in business development and B2B sales, preferably in the IT or software services sector.
- Strong understanding of international sales processes and lead‑generation techniques.
- Fluent English with confident spoken communication; a US accent is preferred.
- Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and able to work independently in a remote environment.
