Sales Associate Manager – Trade Marketing

About the role

The Trade Marketing Associate Manager will own customer marketing administration, trade budget management and forecasting for Meal Solutions & Bakery. This hybrid position is based in Northbrook, IL and supports the Channels and Specialty segment.

Key responsibilities

• Load all trade plans by customer and product segment into the TPM/TPO system.
• Perform month‑end and quarterly trade reviews to monitor spend and ensure alignment with budgeted guidelines.
• Analyze results by customer and product category and support the field team in planning.
• Manage slotting processes, communicate spending to internal sales, and track trade agreements and deductions.
• Forecast and track overall Channels and Specialty budgets, identifying changes and recommending actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing or a related business field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in food or CPG, with trade management and analytics exposure.
• Strong analytical capabilities and ability to multi‑task with attention to detail.

Required skills

• SAP and Telus trade management systems.
• Advanced PowerBI for data visualization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience pulling syndicated data such as Nielsen.
