Safety & Environment Manager – Supply Chain

About the role

KONE is seeking a Supply Chain Safety & Environment Manager for its Americas operations in Allen, TX. You will act as the primary safety representative, linking the business unit with KONE’s global safety team to drive continuous improvement in environmental, health, and safety performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve EHS performance across multiple operational locations.
• Conduct EHS compliance inspections and audits.
• Develop, analyze, and report safety metrics, trends, and performance indicators.
• Monitor regulatory changes and implement actions to maintain compliance.
• Support the development of EHS competencies through training and technical guidance.
• Represent KONE in safety‑related interactions with external stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years of progressive safety experience, preferably in an industrial setting.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and provincial EPA and OSHA regulations.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and technical training abilities.
• Problem‑solving, incident management, auditing, and analysis skills.
• Ability to work effectively in digital and mobile environments.
• Project and change‑management experience.

Required skills

• Experience with safety reporting systems.
• Proficiency in data analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with audit management tools.
