Roofing Installation Manager

About the role

Our client is seeking a driven Roofing Installation Manager to lead new‑construction installation operations for a trusted national brand in Chattanooga. You will coordinate installers, manage project planning, ensure quality control, and maintain high customer satisfaction in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and train high‑quality installation subcontractors, providing ongoing coaching and performance management.
• Support the sales team by attending prospect builder meetings, assisting with quoting custom and semi‑custom jobs, and guiding the sales cycle.
• Review quotes, labor calculators, and construction plans for accuracy and margin, making adjustments as needed.
• Develop and maintain installation schedules with the Project Coordinator, logistics, installers, and third‑party vendors.
• Conduct pre‑installation site visits, lead on‑site coordination on installation days, and resolve field issues in real time.
• Perform post‑installation inspections, coordinate rework or service requests, and approve subcontractor invoices.
• Oversee delivery and installation of accessories, manage change orders, and ensure proper billing documentation.

Required profile

• 2+ years of construction project management experience, preferably in window and door installation.
• Hands‑on installation experience in new construction is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent management experience is a plus.
• OSHA 30 and CPR certified; bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
