RF Engineer – Irving, TX

About the role

Infosys is seeking an RF Engineer to lead domain projects within its Engineering unit in Irving, Texas. The role focuses on delivering telecom solutions, leveraging LTE and 5G technologies, and ensuring high‑quality project outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop project timelines and proactively address resource gaps to meet delivery dates.
• Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and clients, conducting regular meetings and milestone reviews.
• Support functional teams with advisory and consulting initiatives, including product evaluation, benchmarking, and system configuration.
• Monitor deliverables across all project phases to ensure quality standards and stakeholder expectations are met.
• Manage project risks, scope governance, and identify additional project opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Experience in telecom OSS/BSS, RF design and optimization, LTE/5G planning, and network performance analysis.
