Revenue Operations Associate

About the role

Tavrn, a legal AI company, is seeking a detail‑oriented Revenue Operations Associate to manage the end‑to‑end revenue cycle from late‑stage opportunities through contract execution and onboarding. The role blends sales operations, commission administration, and data hygiene to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient deal processing.

Key responsibilities

• Run the deal desk: structure, review, and process late‑stage deals, ensuring speed, accuracy, and compliance.
• Calculate and administer monthly and quarterly commission payouts, maintaining documentation and resolving discrepancies.
• Maintain CRM hygiene for closed‑won opportunities, contracts, and customer records, keeping data audit‑ready.
• Support revenue recognition, ensuring bookings are correctly recorded and reported.
• Build and maintain dashboards that provide real‑time visibility into pipeline health, forecast accuracy, win/loss trends, and revenue performance.
• Analyze the late‑stage sales funnel to identify bottlenecks, forecast risks, and deliver actionable insights.
• Own the operational handoff to customer success, ensuring seamless onboarding and clean data transfer.
• Partner with leadership on contract renewals, amendments, and revenue‑impacting changes.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related function.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and a track record of data accuracy.
• Hands‑on experience with HubSpot CRM and a solid grasp of opportunity management and pipeline reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and commission modeling.
• Daily use of AI tools to automate workflows and reporting.
