About the role
Our client, an emerging luxury fine jewelry maison, is seeking a Retail Operations Manager to lead the launch of its flagship boutique in the Miami Design District and support U.S. expansion. The role works closely with executive leadership to ensure operational excellence and an elevated client experience.
Key responsibilities
- Lead flagship opening operations, including construction, vendor coordination, permits, and compliance.
- Oversee POS, IT, security, facilities, and back‑office setup.
- Implement SOPs, inventory controls, and daily retail procedures.
- Maintain luxury service standards across client experience and boutique operations.
- Support events, VIP activations, and cross‑functional coordination.
- Build scalable processes for future retail growth.
Required profile
- 15+ years in luxury retail operations.
- Flagship opening experience in luxury/jewelry/fashion/hospitality.
- Strong project management and operational leadership.
- Expertise in white‑glove service standards and store development.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, highly organized, polished communicator.
