Key responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble food orders following Shake Shack recipes and standards.
• Rotate through all stations to keep each shift dynamic and engaging.
• Maintain strict food safety and sanitation practices to protect guests and teammates.
• Deliver warm, genuine service to guests and support fellow team members.

Required profile

• Ability to learn quickly in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Minimum age of 16 years.
• Demonstrates integrity, accountability, and a collaborative attitude.
