About the role
The Resident Services Coordinator provides frontline customer service to prospective and current tenants while supporting property staff. The role ensures a smooth move‑in experience, handles resident inquiries, and helps create a vibrant community atmosphere.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome new residents, guide them through property amenities, and assist with utility set‑up.
- Manage package deliveries, send claim reminders, and coordinate resident move‑in/out logistics.
- Develop, edit, and publish the property newsletter featuring events, services, and advertisements.
- Address resident concerns such as neighbor disputes, maintenance requests, and general inquiries.
- Support property staff in planning and executing resident activities and community events.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to interact professionally with tenants and staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail‑oriented and capable of handling multiple resident requests simultaneously.
- Familiarity with property‑management processes and resident services.
