Residential Electrical Installer

About the role

SALT Service Co. is seeking an experienced Residential Electrical Installer to join its fast‑growing team in Central Texas. The role combines strong technical knowledge with outstanding customer service, allowing you to diagnose issues, educate homeowners, and deliver safe, efficient electrical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service on every service call, listen to concerns and explain solutions.
• Perform residential electrical installations, repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting while complying with all codes.
• Prepare accurate estimates, discuss pricing confidently, and educate homeowners on safety and energy‑saving options.
• Test and inspect completed work, maintain clean work areas, and follow safety procedures.
• Collaborate with fellow technicians and office staff, share knowledge and support a positive team culture.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED and a valid Residential Wireman, Journeyman or Master Electrician license.
• At least 1 year of experience as an Electrical Apprentice or similar role.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills; sales or estimating experience is a plus.
