About the role
The Resident Services Coordinator at The Fillmore Center will be the primary point of contact for prospective and current residents, delivering high‑quality customer service and supporting the property team in creating a vibrant community.
Key responsibilities
- Orient new residents, assist with utility set‑up, and manage package deliveries and claim reminders.
- Develop and publish the property newsletter featuring events, services, and advertisements.
- Handle resident issues such as neighbor disputes, maintenance requests, and general inquiries; prepare incident reports as required.
- Schedule clubhouse and activity‑center rentals, maintain contracts, and collect fees.
- Maintain guest suites, provide amenities (movies, books, games), and ensure they are rental‑ready.
- Process maintenance work orders, follow up with residents for satisfaction, and compile weekly maintenance reports.
- Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness, reporting needed repairs to maintenance staff.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of experience in resident services, property management, or a related hospitality role.
- Strong knowledge of property operations and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills, with a customer‑focused attitude.
Required skills
- Experience with OneSite property‑management software.
- Familiarity with HappyCo for resident engagement.
- Knowledge of Dayforce for workforce management.
