Resident Event & Lifestyle Coordinator

About the role

The Resident Event & Lifestyle Coordinator supports day‑to‑day community management to drive resident retention. Working closely with the Community Manager and Sales Consultants, the role assists with move‑ins, creates and coordinates resident programs and events, and contributes to sales and marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Greet prospects and residents, assist with tours, and ensure a welcoming office environment.
• Answer phone calls, route inquiries, and follow up on service requests.
• Maintain guest suite, loading dock, and elevator schedules for move‑ins and move‑outs.
• Document package deliveries and notify residents within 24 hours.
• Prepare amenities for resident use and keep them in tour‑ready condition.
• Develop, execute, and assess innovative events, services, and programs in amenity spaces.
• Maintain up‑to‑date information on local restaurants, shops, and services; provide recommendations to residents.
• Monitor the Lifestyle email account, respond promptly, and promote events and programs.
• Create monthly calendars, newsletters, flyers, and post items to the Resident Portal.
• Support Greystar sales and marketing standards and contribute to budget planning for resident‑retention activities.
