About the role
The University of Arkansas at Little Rock is seeking multiple Extra Help/Resident Assistants to support residential students. Selected students will act as role models, fostering personal development and community living within campus housing.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a positive role model for residents, demonstrating maturity and good judgment.
- Maintain open communication with campus staff regarding resident concerns and achievements.
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive living environment.
- Assist with the general welfare of students and upkeep of residential facilities.
- Enforce university policies and state/federal regulations within the residence halls.
Required profile
- Must be admitted to the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
- Demonstrated leadership, scholarship, and a desire to help peers.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to act as a mentor.
- Commitment to fostering community and personal development among residents.
