Remote Sales Representative – Full‑time

About the role

JVP Management Inc. is looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join its fully remote team. You will generate new business opportunities for the company’s staffing and operational support services by making outbound calls, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily administrative tasks related to sales operations.
• Make outbound cold calls to prospect new clients.
• Schedule and confirm appointments with potential clients.
• Follow up leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Qualify leads, assess interest levels, and meet daily call and productivity targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, appointment setting, or a similar role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and results‑oriented.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM platforms.
