Remote Graphic Designer – $30-$60/hr Contract

About the role

We are looking for a remote Graphic Designer to join our AI‑driven creative team on a flexible, project‑based contract. You will evaluate and improve AI‑generated visual content, ensuring high standards of creativity, accuracy, and relevance.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated graphics, visual prompts, and image reasoning for quality and contextual relevance.
• Create high‑quality prompts, model responses, and step‑by‑step reasoning workflows to enhance AI understanding of visual concepts.
• Assess design outputs for artistic consistency, visual communication effectiveness, and adherence to task requirements.
• Identify inaccuracies, weak reasoning, or conceptual issues in graphic design, UX, photography, and visual storytelling tasks.
• Write detailed feedback, creative evaluations, and model explanations demonstrating strong artistic judgment.
• Compare and rank multiple AI‑generated responses based on visual quality, originality, and effectiveness.
• Fact‑check visual references, design terminology, and artistic interpretations when required.
• Support AI model improvement through structured quality evaluation, prompt engineering, and documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UX Design, Art History, Photography, Creative Writing, or related field, OR 2+ years professional creative experience.
• Strong background in graphic design, UX, photography, visual arts, or related disciplines.
• Excellent English communication (C1 or above) with ability to write clear, structured feedback.
• Experience evaluating visual content, branding, layouts, typography, or image‑based storytelling.
• Strong critical thinking, creative judgment, and attention to detail.
• Comfortable following detailed evaluation rubrics and independent remote workflows.
• Prior experience with AI training, LLM evaluation, prompt writing, content annotation, or creative QA preferred.
• Copywriting or editorial experience considered a plus.
