Remote Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) – Pennsylvania

About the role

We are seeking a board‑certified Family Nurse Practitioner to join our growing virtual care team serving patients throughout Pennsylvania. This is a fully remote, full‑time position with a fixed schedule of five 8‑hour shifts per week, no nights, weekends, or on‑call duties.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct virtual patient visits for primary and family care needs.
• Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Order and interpret laboratory tests and diagnostic studies.
• Provide patient education, follow‑up care, and care coordination.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive treatment.

Required profile

• Active FNP certification (AANP or ANCC).
• Active Pennsylvania RN and CRNP license.
• 1+ year of clinical NP experience preferred (new graduates welcome).
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
