Remote EPIC Consultant – Healthcare Implementation

About the role

We are seeking an experienced EPIC Consultant to work remotely with hospitals and health systems across the United States. The consultant will lead EPIC implementation, upgrade, and optimization projects that improve clinical workflows and patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Lead EPIC implementations, upgrades, and optimization initiatives, including configuration, testing, training, and go‑live support.
• Collaborate with clinical and IT stakeholders to translate workflow requirements into EPIC designs.
• Configure EPIC modules, build order sets and workflows, and perform system testing and issue resolution.
• Deliver end‑user training, develop super‑user capabilities, and provide post‑go‑live stabilization.
• Monitor project timelines, quality standards, and measurable outcomes to ensure successful delivery.

Required profile

• EPIC certification in relevant module(s) (preferred) with at least 3 years of EPIC implementation or optimization experience.
• Strong clinical or technical background within hospital or health‑system environments.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and remote collaboration abilities.
• Problem‑solver who thrives in fast‑paced project delivery and change management.
• Eligibility to work in the United States (U.S. resident or authorized).
