Remote Dialer Agent

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Dialer Agent to make high‑volume outbound calls using an automated dialing system. The role involves engaging prospective customers, verifying interest, and scheduling appointments while working from home during U.S. business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls using an automated dialer and CRM platform.
• Engage prospective customers professionally and explain available services.
• Qualify leads, verify interest, and schedule appointments.
• Document call activity and customer information accurately in the CRM.
• Follow established scripts, call flows, and compliance guidelines.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment targets.
• Participate in virtual training, coaching sessions, and team meetings.
• Perform additional outreach and administrative tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal English communication skills.
• Comfortable using automated dialing systems and navigating CRM software.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and attention to detail.
• Reliable computer, headset, smartphone, and high‑speed internet connection.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced remote environment.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
• Previous experience in a dialer, call‑center, telemarketing, or sales role is preferred but not required.
