About the role

We are looking for a Remote Data Entry Clerk to join our growing operations team. This full‑time, 100% remote position supports the entry, maintenance, and verification of customer and operational data. Key responsibilities

• Enter customer, account, and operational data accurately into internal databases and management systems.
• Review submitted information for completeness, correct formatting, and accuracy; flag discrepancies for supervisor review.
• Maintain well‑organized digital records across multiple client accounts.
• Meet daily data‑entry accuracy and productivity targets set by management.
• Communicate task updates, questions, and completion status via email and messaging platforms.
• Handle all data, account records, and customer information with strict confidentiality.
• Assist with document formatting, file management, and general administrative support as needed.
• Participate in brief team check‑ins and training sessions to stay current on processes and system updates.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with high accuracy preferred.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction‑free home workspace.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy on high‑volume tasks.
• Self‑motivated, able to manage time effectively and work independently.
• Pass a pre‑employment background check.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
