Remote Call Center Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Call Center Representative to join our outbound outreach team. In this fully remote position you will engage prospective customers by phone, answer their questions, and schedule appointments, while representing the company with professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls using our CRM and automated dialing platform.
• Communicate professionally with prospects and explain our services.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments through internal scheduling systems.
• Document all customer interactions and call outcomes accurately.
• Follow established call‑center procedures and meet daily, weekly and monthly productivity targets.
• Participate in coaching sessions, team meetings and ongoing training.
• Support additional outreach and customer‑service activities as assigned.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal English communication.
• Strong customer‑service mindset and problem‑solving ability.
• Comfortable working in a high‑volume call‑center environment.
• Reliable computer, headset, smartphone and high‑speed internet connection.
• Ability to multitask while navigating CRM and scheduling tools.
• Organized with great attention to detail.
• Positive attitude; prior call‑center or sales experience is a plus but not required.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with automated dialing platforms.
• Use of scheduling software.
