Remote Accounting Professional (CPA/CA)

About the role

We are seeking a U.S.-based Accounting Professional to join a global financial services leader on a full‑time, remote basis. The role focuses on maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP, and supporting the client’s financial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
• Record financial transactions promptly and maintain general ledger accounts.
• Perform account reconciliations, including bank, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Assist with tax compliance, preparing and filing federal, state, and local tax returns.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Required profile

• Valid CPA or CA certification with U.S. accounting experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interaction.

Required skills

• U.S. GAAP expertise.
• Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks or NetSuite.
• Experience in financial reporting and tax compliance.
