Registered Nurse (RN) – PCU – Full‑time Nights

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Registered Nurse to join the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) on the night shift at Temecula Valley Hospital. The RN will provide comprehensive nursing care to adult and geriatric patients, ensuring high‑quality, patient‑centered services.

Key responsibilities

• Perform assessments, diagnoses, planning, interventions, and evaluations for assigned patients.
• Document all nursing activities accurately and timely.
• Maintain standards of nursing practice and promote optimal patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with the Director of PCU, charge nurses, and interdisciplinary team members.

Required profile

• One year of PCU or step‑down unit experience preferred.
• Graduated from an accredited RN program; BSN preferred.
• Current California RN license.
• BLS and ACLS certification (AHA); CCRN certification encouraged.

Required skills

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• CCRN (Critical Care Registered Nurse) certification (preferred)
