About the role

The Registered Nurse – Pediatric Psychiatry provides safe, efficient, age‑specific nursing care to children and families. Using the nursing process, the RN supports patients in attaining, maintaining, regaining, and sustaining optimal health.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the nursing process by delivering effective, relationship‑based nursing care.
• Demonstrate technical nursing skills that ensure safe practice and positive patient outcomes.

• Safeguard Protected Health Information (PHI) in accordance with annual training, the UH Code of Conduct, and relevant policies.
