Registered Nurse – Full-Time Nights with $25K Sign‑On

About the role

Kingman Healthcare Inc. is seeking a full‑time Registered Nurse to work night shifts in a hospital setting. The role emphasizes compassionate, high‑quality patient care while supporting the organization’s vision of kindness and excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Provide evidence‑based nursing care to prevent healthcare‑acquired conditions and readmissions.
• Complete comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, implement interventions and evaluate patient outcomes in accordance with hospital policies.
• Coordinate nursing personnel, patient‑care quality, and compliance with nursing‑process standards.
• Assist with orientation of new staff and maintain accurate documentation of care.

Required profile

• Associate Degree in Nursing (or Nursing Diploma) and a current Arizona RN license (or compact state license).
• Current BLS certification; ACLS, PALS, NRP, and basic EKG competency as required by unit within specified time frames.
• Minimum five years of nursing experience for full‑time night, weekend or evening shifts.
