Registered Nurse – Acute Care Campus (Night Shift)

About the role

AllHealth Network is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its Acute Care Campus during night hours. You will work in a fast‑paced, high‑acuity environment providing direct nursing care to individuals with acute behavioral health needs.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver inpatient behavioral health nursing services, including therapeutic interventions, mental status exams, crisis assessment, and medication administration.
• Coordinate internal and external care to integrate physical and behavioral health services.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation to meet regulatory and contractual requirements.
• Apply admission and discharge medical necessity criteria and make appropriate decisions.
• Participate in a team‑based model of care to improve client outcomes.
• Respond to phone inquiries and referrals, gathering complete admission information.
• Communicate therapeutic relationships with clients, families, and referring agencies.
• Execute physician orders and manage medication orders as needed.

Required profile

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Ability to work flexible, self‑scheduled night shifts with a requirement of three weekend shifts per month.
• Strong understanding of admission/discharge criteria and risk assessment.
• Experience in behavioral health or acute care settings is preferred.
• Excellent documentation skills to satisfy regulatory standards.
