Regional Support Specialist (Bellevue, WA)

About the role

Join the Coldwell Banker team as a Regional Support Specialist in Bellevue. You will be the central hub for agents, branch leaders, and marketing initiatives, ensuring smooth office operations and strategic support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide white‑glove service to agents and clients, promoting Primary Services and Transaction Concierge.
• Assist agents with technology, process, and operational questions, including troubleshooting office systems.
• Manage office social media accounts and deliver basic marketing support on demand.
• Coordinate agent onboarding, conduct office orientations, and train on tools such as MoxiWorks, Prospect Square, and Listing Concierge.
• Support the Branch Manager with promotional items, sales meetings, new‑agent orientations, and recognition programs.
• Maintain office organization, greet visitors, manage supplies, and collaborate with facilities and IT partners.

Required profile

• Two or more years of customer‑service experience; real‑estate office experience is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Willingness to travel to additional regional offices as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram) for marketing purposes.
• Experience using PCs, Macs, and mobile operating systems.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with real‑estate tools such as MoxiWorks, Prospect Square, and Listing Concierge.
