Regional Business Manager – Coffee Sales (Fredericksburg/Richmond)

About the role

Join Nestlé Professional Solutions to lead coffee‑related sales across the Fredericksburg and Richmond markets. You will focus on premium branded products such as Starbucks, Seattle’s Best, Teavana, Vitality, Nescafé and Coffee‑mate, driving growth for food‑service operators. This remote‑based position requires frequent travel (≈40%) to meet customers and develop new business.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure net‑new business while expanding venues within existing accounts.
• Manage the sales pipeline using Salesforce and C4C, forecast accurately and drive seasonal/innovation programs.
• Lead joint business planning, conduct business reviews and negotiate profitable contracts.
• Partner with internal operations to ensure smooth onboarding, training and installation for new locations.
• Maintain distributor relationships, ensure brand stewardship compliance and launch new products.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 + years of direct outside B2B sales or business development experience.
• Proven success in new‑business development, customer retention and complex contract negotiation.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L awareness and experience in the food‑service or beverage industry.
• Executive presence with excellent communication and presentation skills.
