Referral Representative – Physicians

About the role

The Referral Representative for Physicians develops and coordinates a strong referral presence across facilities. This role is essential for building a network that supports patient flow and enhances the visibility of the organization’s specialties. You will work closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless coordination of referrals.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate and strengthen relationships with referring physicians across the service area.
• Identify and resolve issues that affect physicians' access to the organization’s facilities.
• Promote the organization’s medical specialists and services to referring physicians to enhance collaboration.
• Educate physicians on new and existing initiatives, programs, and services.
• Organize and support continuing medical education (CME) opportunities for referring physicians.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent, or at least one year of relevant experience.
• Professional licensure or certification may be accepted in place of education or experience, where applicable.
