About the role

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle from job posting through onboarding.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates against role requirements.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment support.
• Maintain a strong talent pipeline through candidate and industry relationships.
• Track recruitment metrics, prepare hiring reports, and identify process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a technology‑focused environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
