About the role

Kelly is seeking an experienced Recruiting Leader to lead and mentor a team of recruiters. The role focuses on operational leadership, resource allocation, talent acquisition strategy, and driving recruitment excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Implement strategic recruiting plans to meet organizational hiring needs and goals.
• Oversee the full‑cycle recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and data to identify trends, make data‑driven decisions, and continuously improve the recruitment process.
• Lead and mentor the recruiting team, providing coaching and training to enhance skills and performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders, providing regular updates on hiring activity, market trends, and data‑driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Strong expertise in recruitment life‑cycle processes, resource allocation, and workforce planning.
• Experience managing client stakeholders and delivering outcomes that exceed service level expectations.
• 1+ year of experience managing a team, including performance management, skill development, and coaching.
• Proven ability to collaborate with peers and leadership to execute recruitment strategies that meet client needs.
