Recruiting Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our People team in San Francisco. In this execution‑focused position you will ensure a smooth, organized candidate experience by partnering with recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers and cross‑functional partners.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule interviews and coordinate recruiting logistics using GoodTime, Greenhouse and Google Calendar.
• Manage job openings in Greenhouse and maintain interview pipelines in GoodTime.
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers and executive assistants to resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Greet and escort candidates onsite, providing a professional interview environment.
• Communicate updates, confirm logistics and flag blockers for candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Follow documented processes, keep accurate records and escalate issues when needed.
• Identify and implement improvements to reduce manual work and increase operational efficiency.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or in a similar coordination‑focused recruiting role.
• Hands‑on experience with recruiting systems; familiarity with Greenhouse and GoodTime is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple scheduling requests.
• Clear written and verbal communication with a service‑oriented mindset.
• Comfortable learning new tools quickly and applying established processes consistently.
• High level of integrity and discretion when handling candidate information.

What we offer

• Base salary ranging from $65,000 to $90,000 per year.
