Recruiter – LATAM Remote (Full‑Cycle)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to support our LATAM operations on a fully remote basis. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process, from sourcing to offer acceptance, for a high‑volume portfolio of positions across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruiting from initial outreach through offer acceptance.
• Manage a high‑volume requisition load while maintaining quality and speed.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies to engage active and passive talent.
• Conduct structured candidate screens via phone and video.
• Drive outbound engagement through calls, messaging, and email outreach.
• Present and manage offers, including candidate communication and negotiation support.
• Partner with hiring managers and talent‑acquisition leadership to align hiring needs.
• Deliver a consistent, positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate documentation and activity tracking in ATS systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve sourcing strategies and recruiting effectiveness.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven experience in high‑volume recruiting environments.
• Experience across industries such as light industrial, manufacturing, or staffing is preferred.
• Strong candidate‑facing skills and ability to manage end‑to‑end recruiting.
• Experience recruiting across the continental United States.
• Ability to source and engage passive candidates and build pipelines.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• High attention to detail with focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Professional proficiency in English.

• Bullhorn (ATS platform).
• Workday (or similar ATS).
• Microsoft Office suite.
