About the role

Kelly is seeking a proactive Recruiter to lead full‑life‑cycle talent acquisition for professional and industrial positions. This remote role supports multiple geographic markets and partners closely with hiring managers to ensure fair and equitable hiring practices.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruiting for a variety of roles across levels and locations.
• Attract, source, and screen both passive and active candidates using job boards and Kelly’s applicant tracking system.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and maintain consistent assessment processes.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and provide regular status updates.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of high‑volume, full‑cycle recruiting experience in professional or industrial sectors.
• Customer‑centric mindset with strong relationship‑building abilities.
• Results‑driven, action‑oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent time‑management, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
• Adaptable to changing or ambiguous situations with a learning‑agile approach.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
