Recruiter – Full Cycle Talent Acquisition (Onsite)

About the role

Kelly is seeking a proactive Recruiter to join its Jacksonville team. You will own the full life‑cycle recruiting process for a variety of industrial and warehouse positions, partnering closely with hiring managers to secure top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple levels and geographic markets.
• Source, attract, and screen both passive and active candidates using job boards and Kelly’s ATS (Bullhorn).
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure fair, consistent selection practices.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and provide regular status updates.

Required profile

• 2+ years of high‑volume, full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in an industrial or warehouse setting.
• Experience working for a staffing agency or on‑site with an industrial client is a plus.
• Customer‑centric mindset with strong relationship‑building abilities.
• Demonstrated resilience, urgency, and ability to multitask with minimal direction.
