Recruiter – Foundation Americas

About the role

Join Airbnb’s Global Foundation Recruiting team as a Recruiter focused on the Americas region. You will act as a strategic talent advisor, partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent across multiple functions and seniority levels.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full‑cycle recruitment process – sourcing, screening, interviewing, feedback, and offers – for entry‑level to senior positions.
• Conduct market research and talent mapping to identify candidates that meet current and future business needs.
• Develop and execute engagement strategies to build pipelines and talent communities, emphasizing diversity and inclusion.
• Partner with business leaders to educate hiring managers on interview best practices, assessment criteria, and decision‑making processes.
• Maintain data integrity and provide regular, data‑driven updates to improve recruiting efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience recruiting across various functions and regions, preferably within a fast‑moving, high‑growth environment.
• Strong understanding of target markets, talent pools, and competitive hiring landscapes.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and judgment skills.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity, adapt quickly, and maintain a solutions‑oriented mindset.
