Project Manager – Markets Operations Transformation

About the role

The Digital & Platform Services Market Operations Transformation team is looking for a Project Manager to lead cross‑functional initiatives that drive scale, mitigate risk, and enhance client experience across markets operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, manage and execute multiple strategic and tactical projects within Markets Operations.
• Maintain governance routines, work‑stream coordination, and program protocols.
• Partner with Operations, Technology, Sales & Trading, Data & Analytics, Legal, Compliance, Finance, HR and other corporate functions to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
• Collect, analyse and synthesize data to inform recommendations and senior‑management decisions.
• Leverage AI and other digital tools to design scalable, leading‑edge solutions.
• Provide reporting, analytical, communication and change‑management support to senior leadership.
• Design and document operational processes to support program execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 3‑5 years of project management or business analysis experience.
• Experience in markets or financial services, preferably with operations and regulatory knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong presentation skills for senior stakeholders.
