Project Manager – Commercial Construction

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from pre‑construction through close‑out. The role involves overseeing budgets, schedules, contracts and client relationships to ensure successful delivery across sectors such as education, healthcare, hospitality and retail.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all phases of the project lifecycle, from pre‑construction planning to final close‑out.
• Develop, monitor and control project budgets, schedules and cost‑tracking systems.
• Administer contracts, manage change orders and negotiate subcontractor agreements.
• Coordinate closely with superintendents, estimators, owners and design teams to align field execution with project goals.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers and consultants.
• Identify risks, monitor progress and implement proactive solutions.
• Conduct project meetings, maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes and quality expectations.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Proven track record in budgeting, scheduling, contract administration and cost control.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, documentation and blueprints.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management software (Procore preferred).
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite.
