Project Manager (Commercial Construction)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from pre‑construction through close‑out. The role involves overseeing budgets, schedules, quality, and client satisfaction across sectors such as education, healthcare, hospitality, and retail.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all phases of the project lifecycle from pre‑construction to close‑out.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and cost controls.
• Oversee contract administration, change orders, and subcontractor agreements.
• Coordinate closely with Superintendents to align field execution with project goals.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and consultants.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement proactive solutions.
• Lead project meetings and maintain accurate documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and quality expectations.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial construction project management.
• Proven track record managing budgets, schedules, contracts, and cost controls.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, documentation, and contract administration.
• Experience coordinating owners, architects, engineers, and field teams.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.

Required skills

• Procore (preferred project management software).
• Microsoft Office Suite.
