Project Management Assistant

About the role

The Project Management Assistant supports the Customer Messaging Board (CMB) campaigns across brand management, communications planning, media buying, and marketing finance. Reporting to the Senior Director of Project Management, you will help ensure the smooth flow of creative assets and data integrity throughout the marketing lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Specialist, Campaign Project Manager to deliver accurate CMB campaigns, manage print pagination, space allocation, and media job representation.
• Administer workflow for marketing asset production, generate job numbers, track deadlines, and communicate timeline changes.
• Audit data entered in planning systems and generate required reports.
• Maintain relationships with external vendors for Adobe XD file builds and content style execution.
• Problem‑solve operational issues and provide solutions to meet creative objectives.
• Perform special assignments and uphold punctual attendance.
