Project Leader

About the role

Yazaki is seeking a Project Leader to join its Tangier plant. You will be responsible for driving projects from initiation to SOP, ensuring compliance with customer specifications and internal procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Follow the GPMS procedure throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive the project in alignment with PM and Yazaki expectations, ensuring full compliance with customer specifications.
• Communicate customer requirements and expectations to the team through team leaders.
• Analyze the project schedule at each milestone and share identified constraints with the CSC.
• Prepare project risk assessments, including issues and constraints for each milestone.
• Contribute actively to achieving SOP objectives on time, with high efficiency and strong customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bac+5 in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Management or Production Preparation.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Customer orientation, active learning, continuous improvement, and functional knowledge.
