Project Coordinator

About the role

TechServ is seeking a Project Coordinator to support its engineering design teams serving electric utility clients. The role involves managing a group of QA/QC Technicians, developing work plans, tracking progress, and delivering regular updates to management to ensure project objectives are met.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of QA/QC Technicians, assign tasks, provide guidance and training, and ensure alignment with project timelines.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, monitor progress, and keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Prepare and present weekly status reports to stakeholders, highlighting milestones, risks, and corrective actions.
• Identify and resolve design challenges, ensuring compliance with client specifications, industry standards, and regulations.
• Oversee the documentation process, producing accurate project reports and data analyses.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience as a project coordinator or in a similar coordination role.
• Production or utility‑focused engineering experience.
• Proven ability to develop work plans and track project progress.
• Strong communication skills for reporting to management and guiding team members.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
