About the role
We are seeking an experienced professor to train and evaluate AI chatbots. You will apply your expertise in writing, editing, and content development to measure model progress, assess logical consistency, and enhance overall quality.
Key responsibilities
- Assign writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and review their outputs.
- Evaluate AI‑generated content for correctness, style, and performance.
- Identify gaps in model behavior and propose improvements.
- Provide detailed feedback to guide model refinement.
Required profile
- Native or bilingual fluency in English.
- Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
- Preferably holding a current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (not mandatory).
