Professional Family Support & Household Manager

About the role

We are a warm, active family of four (soon to be five) seeking a part‑time Professional Family Support & Household Manager to help keep our home organized and running smoothly. The role combines light childcare, household organization, errands, and occasional travel support, with flexible weekdays and occasional evening assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with school pick‑ups/drop‑offs, prepare backpacks, snacks, and daily items for children.
• Provide light supervision, playtime, and backup childcare as needed, including infant care.
• Maintain organization systems for closets, toys, pantry, and seasonal clothing.
• Perform daily household tasks such as loading/unloading dishwasher, wiping surfaces, vacuuming high‑traffic areas, and preparing the home for guests.
• Track and restock pantry, refrigerator, toiletries, and manage grocery shopping and online orders.
• Plan and prepare healthy meals, pack school lunches, and assist with baking or simple treats.
• Handle laundry, linen rotation, and ensure tidy laundry areas.
• Support occasional deep‑cleaning projects, vehicle cleanliness, and supervise service providers.

Required profile

• Energetic, positive, and engaging with children; experience caring for infants or newborns.
• Organized, proactive, and reliable with strong time‑management skills.
• Comfortable with flexible schedules, occasional travel, and light evening support.
• Smoke‑free environment, up‑to‑date vaccinations, and reliable transportation.
• Good communication skills; bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
