Production Worker

About the role

We are seeking a Production Worker to join our rapidly growing beverage manufacturing team in Hazelwood. The role involves operating mixing and filling equipment to produce high‑quality drinks for a network of over 25,000 venues across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Batch, blend, and operate mixing equipment.
• Set up, monitor, and adjust filler, bander, tape machines and other filling equipment to ensure safe operation and product quality.
• Follow standard operating procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Accurately fill, pack, and label orders according to work order specifications.
• Maintain equipment and work area cleanliness and readiness.
• Communicate product quality issues to QC and meet production deadlines safely.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical work.
• Willingness to be trained and learn new processes.

Required skills

• Operation of mixing equipment.
• Operation of filler, bander, and tape machines.
